Yes, as you are not allowed to exit your vehicle during the show it is acceptable to bring a companion furry or not.

To get to the North Side parking lot at the Outlets Lake Elsinore, take the exit for Central Avenue off the 15 freeway and head east. Turn left onto Collier Avenue and then left again onto Chaney Street. The parking lot will be on your-hand side.
