What type of vehicle can I bring?Any 8 passenger standard auto, no limos, buses, or RV's.

Is there one entry fee or do guests have to pay per person?Each ticket admits one vehicle with up to eight (8) passengers. For the walk-through section, tickets are required per individual.

Can I pay with cash at the gate?To ensure a safer, faster, and more efficient transaction process, we have adopted a cashless payment system. This decision helps reduce the risk of theft, minimizes handling errors, and allows for quicker service. Accepting only electronic payments also enables better record-keeping and supports our commitment to providing a secure and streamlined experience for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?Yes, however tickets may be purchased before hand through the website for a discounted rate.

Is there an age minimum for children?Any child with the proper restraint device allowed per transportation requirements is allowed.

How do I book a special event?Please email us or use the contact us page to check block rates for VIP nights or to host special events such as fund raisers, club nights, parties, and more!

What type of show is this?Enjoy over 2 million lights synced to the holiday classic songs. The songs are broadcasted over an FM radio transmitters so you can tune your cars radio before you drive through.

Can I take my pet with me through the show?Yes, as you are not allowed to exit your vehicle during the show it is acceptable to bring a companion furry or not.

How do I get to the show?To get to the North Side parking lot at the Outlets Lake Elsinore, take the exit for Central Avenue off the 15 freeway and head east. Turn left onto Collier Avenue and then left again onto Chaney Street. The parking lot will be on your-hand side.
